- AI Model Isolation: Each firm's data is isolated within a Vector Database, ensuring that no firm's data is exposed to another.
- Breach Containment: Even in the unlikely event of a security breach, our architecture prevents unauthorized access to other firms' systems.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
ThinkForm does not share or sell user data. However, to deliver our services, we integrate with:
- QuickBooks, Clio, CASEpeer, and other law firm tools (for direct data integrations)
- Plausible & PostHog (to analyze platform usage for improvement)
- Crisp (to provide real-time technical support)
These third-party tools are used only for app-level improvements and customer support and do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for their function.

Law firms using ThinkForm have the following rights:
- Access & Corrections: Users can access and update their data at any time.
- Data Portability: Firms can request an export of their data.
- Right to Deletion: Firms can request immediate deletion of their data at any time.
- Control Over Data Use: ThinkForm does not use client data for marketing or any purpose outside of product functionality.

- Default 90-day data retention after cancellation, allowing firms to recover their data.
- Firms may request immediate deletion at any time, in which case all data will be permanently removed from our systems.
8. Compliance & Legal Considerations
ThinkForm complies with U.S. Data Privacy Laws and attorney-client privilege protections:
- No data is shared with third parties except for integrations approved by the law firm.
- All data remains under the control of the firm and is never used beyond ThinkForm's stated purpose.
- ThinkForm is currently not required to comply with GDPR but may expand compliance in the future if serving EU-based clients.
